Bunyaad displays property listings, off-plan projects, unit details, developer and professional profiles, market information, and links to third-party sources. Information can be provided by advertisers, developers, professionals, public sources, or data providers. Prices, availability, specifications, images, plans, payment schedules, completion dates, and other details can be incomplete, delayed, or changed. Confirm material details directly with the relevant party and, where appropriate, the relevant authority before relying on them.
Property transactions and professional advice
Bunyaad is an information and connection platform. Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, Bunyaad is not a party to a sale, lease, investment, or brokerage engagement and does not act as your agent, conveyancer, valuer, financial adviser, or lawyer. Contacting a professional through the site does not itself create an agency or advisory relationship. You are responsible for due diligence, professional advice, and transaction decisions.
